If you find that you have ordered the wrong product or too much of something and you no longer require it, it can be returned within 14 days of delivery/collection as long as it is unused and in a new resalable condition. Some items such as cut to order boards will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund. You will also need to cover a collection charge for us to come and get the products. This will be deducted from the final total of your refund, which will be processed only after the goods have been returned to us and inspected.
