Rang this business enquiring about a garden gate. Couldn’t quite believe it when the very helpful chap said he could make a custom sized gate the same day?! Drove up to have a look and was greeted by very helpful staff, showed me an example, placed the order and by 5pm THE SAME DAY they had delivered the gate, posts, caps, hinges, post mix etc all in one!

How long would I be waiting for a delivery?
If the items you require are in stock, these can usually be delivered in 1-2 business days. For anything which is out of stock or is a special order these can typically take 4-5 business days.
The product that has arrived is not what I expected/is not needed anymore, can I return it for a refund?
If you find that you have ordered the wrong product or too much of something and you no longer require it, it can be returned within 14 days of delivery/collection as long as it is unused and in a new resalable condition. Some items such as cut to order boards will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund. You will also need to cover a collection charge for us to come and get the products. This will be deducted from the final total of your refund, which will be processed only after the goods have been returned to us and inspected.
What type of treatment do you use on your outdoor timber?
Softwood fence posts are pressure treated green Tanalith or pressure treated brown Tanatone.
Can I view products before buying?
Absolutely! We understand the importance of seeing the quality and use of our product ranges before purchasing which is why you can pop into our store and look around at our extensive range of products. Whether it’s fence panels, trellis, cladding, decking, composite decking, gates and more – you can see it all.
Does timber change colour?
Most timber will “silver-down” over the course of it’s life with constant exposure to natural light.
Do you supply to trade only?
No we will supply to Retail as well as trade customers, everyone is welcome.
Do I have to buy timber in packs?
This is quite common for large timber merchants, but we are the exception where you can choose and buy a single piece as we don’t have a Minimum Order Quantity.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we can deliver to anywhere in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas. Also, there is no minimum order amount.
How can I get a quotation for my project?
The easiest way to get a quotation is either via our email [email protected] or by phoning one of our team on 01452 303213. If leaving a message, please make sure to include the product requirements and their dimensions as well as the delivery address if delivery is required. Prices may be subject to change.
Where will the delivery driver put my order?
The delivery service provided will be a kerbside service, so the driver will get your order as close to the property as possible but unfortunately will not be able to take it into the property or garden.
